I led end-to-end development of a multi-platform solution—consumer web platform, administrative dashboard, and mobile applications—designed to streamline tiered ticketing, staff operations, and brand engagement.

Technical Implementation
Multi-Platform Ecosystem Development
Directed a unified architectural strategy powering three interconnected platforms. The consumer platform used Next.js for fast, SEO-friendly ticket pages. The React admin panel gave brands granular control over event creation, tiered ticketing logic, and real-time analytics.
High-Speed Staff Redemption Application
Engineered a dedicated staff-facing mobile app for rapid check-ins and perk distribution. Localized caching and optimized MongoDB queries enabled instant ticket validation and brand-specific redemptions, even in congested venue network environments.
Brand Engagement & Tiered Access
Developed complex relational logic in the Node.js backend for multi-brand architectures, supporting concurrent events and tiered access passes (VIP, General Admission, Backstage) with exclusive brand perks tied to specific ticket tiers via digital passes.
